What is Buyer protection?
All products sold by 101Jewels.com are covered under our Buyer protection program. In case you have paid for the product and fail to receive the product ordered, all you need to do is to notify us and we shall credit your account with the same amount you paid for. Our team shall internally resolve the issue with the respective seller.
What is the 7-Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get the defective item replaced?
All products sold by 101Jewels.com unless marked on product page are covered under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee related to damages or defects only. All you need to do is to notify us of one of the issue within 7-days from the date of delivery at your end, and we will either refund your money or give you a store credit.
In order to get the defective item replaced contact Customer Service via email at support@101Jewels.com as soon as you receive the package. Our customer service team shall contact you and either the defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7-Day Replacement Guarantee:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
• Any product not in its original condition
• Any product that is returned without complete original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
• Any product which has its product tag / seal broken, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number / broken seal.
• Product marked as ‘Not eligible for Replacement’ on the respective Product page
How do I cancel an order on 101Jewels.com?
You can cancel the product under following scenario’s
a) Cancellation before product has been shipped:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will credit your account with the entire amount.
b) Cancellation after product has been shipped:
• If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same. A cancellation charge of 10% or order value plus Rs. 100/- shall be applicable.
How do I get refund for a purchased item?
In any case where a refund is required, the sellers need to authorise that refund. 101Jewels can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item at their end. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, the following timelines apply for the amount to be credited.

Note: For damaged/ defective products, the seller will issue a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
Refunds can only be processed via paper cheque in special cases. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
Refund to Bank Account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You can update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund in the Your Account section or from the Returns Support Centre when you are returning an item.
You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund to your account:
• The Bank Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Account Holder's Name
• Bank Branch
• Bank Name
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your 101Jewels account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order's summary page.
If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
Return Pick-ups are available for majority of items and pincode. In case your area does not figure in the list, we shall request you to ship the item back by Indian registered post. We shall credit your account equivalent to the shipping charges incurred by you.
Shipping cost refunds
When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part, the seller will refund the cost of the item.
Return Shipping Charges
If you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due an error on the seller’s part, you can request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, a seller might ask you to provide the docket details.
